2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Institutional users must be duly authorized representatives of their respective organizations.
3. User Accounts

4. Platform Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to submitting false information, harassing other users, attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Platform, or using the Platform for any purpose other than its intended use.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Aetarna Global Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Aetarna.
6. Internship Placements
Aetarna facilitates connections between students and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Placements are subject to availability, matching criteria, and the discretion of participating employers and institutions. Aetarna is not liable for any disputes arising between students and employers.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aetarna does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetarna Global Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
Aetarna reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Aetarna reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
